New Bosing employees introduce themselves

Due to a significant increase in activities, the board of Bosing engineers & consultants recently hired a number of engineers and opened a new location in the city Tuzla in Bosnia. Board member Amir Jatic: "We are adding five new engineers to our team. In the near future, we will hire even more engineers with whom we can deploy strong growth. These are structural engineers, mechanical engineers and electrical engineers (both for high voltage and low voltage). "

The new employees introduce themselves.

Osman Smajlovic, Structural Engineer
"I have been working at Bosing as an all-round employee for project support since May 2017. My base is Bosing's office in Capelle aan den IJssel. At this stage I am still learning a lot. I also visit projects, usually together with Denis Jeginovic, to do the measuring. I then process that on the computer. I also do modeling and implementation. What I particularly enjoy at work is the technical thinking and the solution-oriented approach. "

Dzenana Kadric, Structural Engineer
"I am in the Netherlands for a short period, mainly to learn how to model with 3D software. I intend to carry out these activities independently in Bosnia. Previously, I worked as an assistant contractor at workshops. In that position I was involved as much with software, while I do really like that. That is why I find the work at Bosing very interesting and challenging so far. "

Haris Hadziefendic, Mechanical engineer
"In Bosnia I did about the same work as I do at Bosing, namely modeling with 3D software, but back in Bosnia I worked with other software programs. I have a lot of theoretical experience with modeling and also gained seven months of practical experience. But of course, there is still plenty to learn, because things are different here. Soon I will be going back to Bosnia and I will be carrying out the work that I have learned here in the Netherlands, which is of course a challenge. I like the fact that I occasionally have to travel to the Netherlands for this job. That is a part of this job, but it is also fun and it provides variety. "

Arnela Ajanovic, Structural Engineer
"During my time here in the Netherlands, I expect to learn a lot about the work that I will have to carry out in Bosnia. It is good that we came Netherlands to learn things first. During this training period, help is continuously available and we can ask questions. We will be back in Bosnia soon, we will keep in touch via Skype and we will visit regularly. I think that is one of the nice aspects of this job. I am now getting to know the Netherlands, and I had never been here before. "

Zaim Mustafic, Mechanical engineer
"This is my first job. I graduated on Friday and started at Bosing the following Monday. My first impression is very good. The team is well attuned and I have pleasant colleagues. My field is modeling and I hope to specialize further in this. I chose Bosing because I can learn different things than in Bosnia and I enjoy being in the Netherlands. We are staying in Rotterdam, a beautiful, well-kept city with a lot of modern architecture and nice places to eat out and have a drink. "
