Bosing opens a new location in the university city of Tuzla

Due to a significant increase in activities, the board of Bosing engineers & consultants recently hired a number of engineers and opened a new location in the beautiful university city of Tuzla in Bosnia and Herzegovina. "We are adding four new engineers to our team. In the near future we want hire more engineers, employing at around 10 people, whether or not through permanent employment. These are structural engineers, mechanical engineers and electrical engineers (both for high voltage and low voltage)."

Tuzla

In order to realize this expansion, the Bosing management recently traveled to Bosnia. "We had posted a vacancy there to which 17 promising candidates responded. Ten of them spoke to us and hired four, two males and two female engineers, to staff our facility in Tuzla. Before they start in Tuzla, they will come to the Netherlands for an internal training for a few weeks. During that training, all kinds of general matters are discussed, they will practice with our 3D program and we will visit various projects with them. We are happy to connect these four young, smart and enthusiastic people, each with their own background and expertise, to Bosing. "

Distance

According to the management, the distance does not play a role in the performance of the work. More and more European multinationals are opting for “nearshoring” or “outsourcing” of activities. In the past, work was mainly carried out in Asian countries, nowadays personnel who works closer (in Europe) is more often prefered.

"One of the conditions that we set during the application procedure was that they had to be willing to travel to the Netherlands regularly. Both for short periods, but if necessary also for longer periods. When the engineers are in our office in Bosnia, we will keep in close contact with them via Skype. And of course we will also visit our office in Tuzla regularly. "

Gain experience

The coming weeks the stay of Dzenana Kadric, Haris Hadziefendic, Arnela Ajanovic and Zaim Mustafic will be all about gaining experience and looking at where everyone's qualities lie. "Certainly in the beginning we will have to invest time and energy in properly training these people, but that will soon pay off. Each engineer has their own specialty, which means that we will have even more expertise in-house. "
